Wahoo Baptist Church is committed to helping new churches grow. We are currently supporting Living Hope Church in Sarasota, Florida, led by Pastor Josh Komis.
It’s a privilege to partner with them in their mission to spread the gospel and impact their community.

Miracle Ministries
Operation Christmas Child
Wahoo Baptist Church actively participates in Operation Christmas Child, a ministry that brings the love of Christ to children around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes. Each year, our church members pack boxes with toys, school supplies, and personal care items, which are then distributed to children in need. We see this as an opportunity to spread joy and the message of the gospel to communities that might not otherwise hear it.
Southern
Baptist Convention
At Wahoo Baptist Church, we proudly support the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) in its mission to spread the gospel and make disciples across the world. The SBC plays a vital role in church planting, theological education, disaster relief, and global missions. Through initiatives like the Cooperative Program, we partner with other Southern Baptist churches to fund missionaries, provide pastoral training, and support ministries that meet both spiritual and physical needs. Our involvement with the SBC allows us to be part of a greater collective effort to bring the hope of Christ to people everywhere.
